		<description>Thanks, we figured it out, it was IIS (firewall) blocking one of the ports that was needed. It didnt just like us allowing the default, it wanted about 4 others as well. DAM computers lol.</description>

Check the second computer you want to connect has a different name as the first computer. If the name of both computer are same then try to connect by IP address in connection string.
